RABINDRANATH TAGORE
Grade 4E conducted a special assembly dedicated to honoring the legacy of Rabindranath Tagore, a renowned Indian poet, writer, composer, and artist. The assembly showcased the students' talents through various performances.
It began with an introduction to Rabindranath Tagore's life and contributions to literature, music, and art. Students eloquently highlighted his influence on Indian culture and his role as the first non-European to win the Nobel Prize in Literature.
Following the introduction, the stage came alive with the performance of "Kabuliwala," a poignant story that explores themes of friendship, compassion, and the universal bond between human beings.
After the skit, the assembly continued with a musical interlude featuring one of Tagore's iconic songs " Jodi tor Dak shune keu na aase, Tabe ekla chalo re"
The melodious rendition echoed through the auditorium, transporting the audience to the lyrical world of Tagore's poetry. The students' harmonious voices and heartfelt expressions added a touch of reverence to the tribute.
