HERITAGE DAY

On the occasion of World Heritage Day , a special assembly was organised in our school by the students of class 4th B to raise awareness about the importance of preserving and protecting our cultural and natural heritage. It began with an insightful thought followed by English and Hindi poems on heritage highlighting the significance of world heritage sites and the need to safeguard them for future generations.
Students were encouraged to appreciate the beauty and significance of historical monuments, cultural traditions, and natural wonders around the world. They were reminded of the rich and diverse heritage that exists in our own country and the importance of preserving it for future generations to enjoy.
A skit was performed by a group of students to portray the importance of protecting our heritage sites from environmental degradation, vandalism, and neglect.
The assembly ended with a quiz for all students to check their understanding and the words of wisdom from our beloved Principal ma'am which were a reminder to everyone that we are all custodians of our heritage and must work together to ensure its survival for future generations to come.
